Located in Commack, Gym Plus / Sports Action is a state of the art gymnastics and sports facility that is committed to structured programs that allow girls and boys to develop skills with confidence, increase physical ability and learn the discipline to achieve personal goals.
We have programs for all children from 16 months through 18 years. Students are placed in programs based on age and ability where they are trained by our skilled, caring and knowledgeable staff of coaches. Our facility is one of the cleanest facilities on Long Island.
We look forward to helping your child grow in confidence, responsibility and physical fitness through sports ranging from gymnastics, soccer, baseball, basketball, lacrosse and more.
