First & Second Grade Team |
 |
This special group is chosen by their instructors and is by
invitation only. This group meets twice a week for and hour and
a half. In this class we emphasize not only gymnastics but
strength, conditioning, and flexibility. The girls learn the
routines mandated by USAG, the governing body of gymnastics.
The goal of this group is to compete these Level 3 routines in
various competitions. |

Pre-Team |
|
This group
is by invitation only. It is made up of class kids that
have met certain skill criteria on each event as well as the
girls that have completed the Level 3 program. This group meets
twice a week for 2 hours and learn the Level 4 routines. |

USA Gymnastics Jr. Olympic
Teams |
 |
USA
Gymnastics is the governing body for the sport of gymnastics in
the Country. USAG is responsible for picking the US
Olympic team. The Jr. Olympic program is broken down into
levels; Level 3 is the first competitive level and Level
10/Elite is the highest. Gym Plus has a Jr. Olympic team
that is by invitation only.

USAIGC Teams |
|
USAIGC is a
competitive organization that is considered a College Bound
program. Rules, Guidelines and Competitions are
constructed with NCAA college gymnastics as the ultimate goal.
Those athletes who wish to compete in college can utilize this
track to help their quest. |

Directions:
From the
East: Take the Long
Island Expressway to exit 53 (Sagtikos Parkway) stay on the
service road. Exit at Commack Road. At the light turn
right onto Commack Road. Go 6 lights and turn left onto
Daly Road. Take Daly Road to the first light and the name
of the road changes to Larkfield Road. Take Larkfield Road
for one mile and turn right onto Brayton Court. The gym is
in the cul-de-sac. If you pass 6th Avenue
Electronics and TJ Maxx you have gone too far.
OR
Take the Northern State
Parkway to Exit 43 (Commack Road). At the light turn left
onto Commack Road. At the next light and turn left onto
Daly Road. Take Daly Road to the first light and the name
of the road changes to Larkfield Road. Take Larkfield Road
for one mile and turn right onto Brayton Court. The gym is
in the cul-de-sac. If you pass 6th Avenue
Electronics and TJ Maxx you have gone too far.
From the
West:Take the Long
